Domain Renewal Not Working

  I received an email that my domain is expiring and that autorenewal would not work because my credit card was expired. I successfully entered a new valid card, but when I went to pay I received the message: ‘There was a problem renewing this domain.’ Not very specific. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

  There are no domains owned by the account you are logged in to, so it looks you may have used another account. Can you confirm which domain you need to renew?

  Once I know more, I’ll look into this for you.
