Domain renewal problem

    Hi team — I have a problem. My email address received a renewal notice for magmaarta.com (due to renew on 8/3/2024). It said to manage the subscription to go to the Purchases section of my profile. When I do that, the only site that seems to be connected to my email address is mindfulof.music.blog — can you help me cancel the other domain’s renewal? I don’t want to get billed for it again.

    Hi! In order to regain access to the domain account you will want to take the details of the renewal notice and/or receipt you received and visit the Account Recovery form.
