Domain Renewal Problem

  I was informed that the domain name is invalid, so I started to input my credit card number. However, the transaction has never gone through. I couldn’t access the help page either. The domain is invalid now. Any suggestions?

  My domain has not worked for a week. When using any of four credit cards to pay for the renewal, the page says “Amount to be charged is zero” and doesn’t actually renew anything. My blog is out of commission and this issue is not being addressed by the WP staff.

  There appears to be no real way to contact the staff at WordPress.com. How can that be?

  The exact error at the top of the page after submitting payment is:

  “Amount to be charged is zero”
