Domain renewal problem

    Hello there,

    My domain Panoply Digital was purchased on October 3, 2014. It is past the renewal date but I did not received any email (spam filters all checked) stating this was going to happen, etc. It is now shut down and I don’t know how to get this domain back. According to the Support forums, there should be a grace period of sorts (10 days to two weeks) but this shutdown happened in a few days. I see others mentioning something vaguely similar. I purchased the domain and mapping in 2014 from WordPress but now I do not have the option to renew that domain from my WordPress dashboard. Does anyone have any suggestions here? Many thanks!
