Domain renewal refund

  I mistakenly renewed the wrong domain name looskey.com. Can I request a refund?

  Hi there,

  I can refund the purchase, but that would involve also cancelling the domain. It looks like you’ve owned looskey.com since 2011 so I’m not sure that’s what you intended?

  If you would indeed like to cancel looskey.com and receive a refund, please confirm that you understand this cannot be undone.

  If you plan to use this domain name elsewhere, would like to point it to another site, or believe you would have any use for it in the future, we have other options that are much better than cancelling the domain.

  Yeah looskey.com was a wrong purchase to begin with so it’s no loss there. If we can get rid of looskey.com I would appreciate it.

  I’ve cancelled looskey.com and refunded the purchase. It may take about a week for that refund to appear on a bank statement.
