Domain renewal/transfer help

  Hi there, I received a Renewal Notice from WordPress saying that my domain, hannahscholte.com, is set to expire.
  However when I log in, I can’t find anything in the Manage Purchases tab or any record of my domain on WordPress. I now use Squarespace for my website, but kept the original domain I got through WordPress. Squarespace says the domain is managed through a ‘third party’.
  I’m hoping to track down what’s going on with the domain so I can renew it, and then get a code to transfer it to Squarespace. Help would be greatly appreciated!
