Domain Renewal Unsuccessful

I have been through multiple, unsuccessful email exchanges with WordPress because my domain name expired because the card number you used for the subscription renewal was invalid. However, the card number currently present on Manage Purchases is the one I updated a while back. I don’t understand why this updated credit card was not used to avoid cancelling my subscription

The payment is not reran after the initial rejection. At that point a manual renewal is required and an emailed notification is sent.

The domain is peaceonthejourney.com. At issue are its subscriptions renewal for domain mapping, domain registration, and private registration. I appreciate your help.An emailed notification of failed renewal had been sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff)., but I have since been unable to use the updated credit card on file at Manage Purchase to renew. That link always is asking for upgrade not renewal.
I also don’t know why I am getting emails about this issue on (email visible only to moderators and staff) and not on (email visible only to moderators and staff).

I replied to your four days ago in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/subscription-renewal-24/. Please don’t create new threads or support tickets if staff is already helping you in one.
In that thread I asked you which site you’re speaking of, as this account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com. Only the owner of an upgrade can renew it, and you don’t own anything via this account.
The domain, peaceonthejourney.com, belongs to the user,
peaceonthejourney. We can only help you with that domain if you are contacting us from that account, and you need to be logged into that account to renew your domain.I can see you also opened six separate support requests via that account. You have not replied to us there since Saturday.
Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and Sign Out.
Then log back in using the username, peaceonthejourney, NOT judithmercado, and you’ll be able to renew your domain from the Purchases page, as we explained to you via email.

Because you are posting in this forum as the
judithmercadoaccount that’s associated with the att email, not thepeaceonthejourneyaccount associated with your other email.
