domain renewal within grace period

    Hi there,
    I am desperately trying to find out how to pay for the domain renewal for eriocarnevali.com. its domain expired on 21 December, and I forgot to renew that in time. I received the renewal notice but no instructions re this payment followed- I would need to set up the autorenew via a new credit card for the one it was set up on expired, but in the meantime I must renew the domain in whatever way. help me please!

    Hi,

    This domain actually is registered with us at WordPress.com, so it’s not just a domain mapping (which is what when your domain is registered elsewhere) but it’s also the domain registration.

    I can see you’ve already renewed the domain successfully. Your site appears to be loading properly as well.

    Hi there,
    thanks for the reply. I am relieved to hear that the domain appears registered as well as mapped, but at this point I wonder why I have managed to have this paying just 13€ and not the 26€ as the annual fare, just in case this would cause problems by the 20 Jan 2016.

    Hi,

    I looked into your account again and it looks like you actually did pay 26 Euros. Your domain was renewed and is valid until January 20, 2017. For some reason, you paid another 13 Euros later on. I’ve refunded this additional 13 Euros payment.

    Hi there,

    thanks for the reply. I am still a bit puzzled for I do not remember to have paid via Paypal on 22 Dec 2015 (as sated in the chronology of purchases). Also, these transactions are, on top of that, not yet notified on my Italian bank account, but if you reassure me everything is ok I will keep checking. Thank you very much again,

    Hi,

    I double-checked and everything looks to be all right. Your domain (eriocarnevali.com) is valid until January 20, 2017. Automatic renewal will take place on December 20, 2016 — one month prior to the domain’s expiry. You can manage the purchase at http://wordpress.com/purchases
