domain renewed without my consent

  My domain was automatically renewed despite being set to manual renewal. I intended to let it expire, since I don’t use it, but received notice Friday that you renewed it.

  I would like my money back.

  Hi there,

  I went ahead and refunded your recent domain auto renewal. Please allow several days before the funds are available again on your account.

  I’m happy to cancel the domain for you if you’re sure you do not want it. This way, you will not be charged again going forward. Please note, once a domain is cancelled, it is sent back to the registrar. It may or may not become available for purchase again in the future. Can you reply back to confirm that you no longer want the domain?
