Domain renewel

  Hello,

  I cancelled my wordpress subscription but the domain name renewed. However now when I look at my purchase settings I have no options to look at the domain as it is no longer linked to this account.
  I want to cancel any future payments for this domain name, in case it auto renews next year again.

  The domain I paid for is

  linked to the email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi,

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

  Finally, even if you do not have access to the correct account, if you have your payment information you can use our “Why was I charged?” tool. It was built for situations such as this.
