  I can not access my renewal bill: the site does not let me renew.

  ‘The domain upgrade for your blog wonder360.com is about to expire.

  The domain wonder360.com costs $26.00, and it is set to expire in 5 days, on April 13, 2016 . If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at ‘wonder360.com’.

  If you would like to keep the domain you should renew it immediately to avoid a late registration fee or losing it permanently when it expires.

  I cannot tell if my WordPress blog is automatically renewed, if they bill me or what. The only thing I know is that I use 1&1 to host the domain and my 2 blogs come through WordPress. I can’t tell if I am automatically billed. Name on account is Sharon Umbaugh. Thanks. How do I get WordPress to contact me about this?

  sharonumbaugh, you are the owner of one WordPress.com blog, and a member in another one. There is a domain mapped to the site you’re a member and it has the auto-renew option enabled. But this upgrade is on the account of another user, the other admin of the site. You have to log in with her account to check more details of this upgrade.
