Domain renewel help, please

I was informed that my domain was up for renewel and have no way, or idea on how to renew it. Please help.. I dont see it under purchases,.

Hi there,
When you go to Purchases, you will able to see your plans. Click on one of the plan that you want to renew.
On clicking to one of the plan you will get an option to renew now at top of the page.

I checked under purchases and there is nothing there:/
My domain says it’s through wildwest llc, which I just found out is a part of GoDaddy, who Im on the phone with now.. I’m confused.

Hi, do bare in mind that WordPress.com’s registrar for some domains is Wild West Domains too. That being said, if you’ve registered a domain with GoDaddy, it’s best to contact them for help with renewal. If you’re domain is with WordPress.com, a staff member should be able to help you within a few hours. :)

I forgot who I originally reg. it with.. Ive had it sine 2011 I got the renewel notice from WP but when I looked in purchases I didn’t find anything there.. I looked up the whois for it and it says registered through wildwest llc.. the only contact they have is an abuse email but Ive emailed them and haven’t received a reply, it’s been just over a week. I just want to make sure it’s renewed and be able to log in to it’s control panel.

The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any domains, which suggests you may have a second WordPress.com account. Can you confirm which domain you need to renew?
If you think it was registered through WordPress.com, please try logging out of dominairess, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to.
Once I know which domain you need help with, I can take a look.

Hi gemmacevans, sorry for my late and out of order replies. Thank you torres126 and nrpatil0408 for your help.
I’m completely confused right now. :/ I’ve got an email from wordpress in my email that is associated with this account. Ill paste it below..I did check my BA and seen the auto purchase went through and was charged by wordpress. I would still like to know where and how to log into my domain’s control panel.

Thanks for sending the link. brainwashingbeauty.com is owned by missgiagrace — you will need to login to that account in order to access and manage the domain. For what it’s worth, the domain has already auto renewed.
brainwashingbeauty.com was registered through WordPress.com. Wild West Domains is our registrar but we handle all of the renewals and support, so you are in the right place and there is no need to contact them directly :)
Once logged into the correct account, brainwashingbeauty.com should be listed on the Manage Purchases page.
Please let me know if you have any trouble logging in to the other account.
