Domain renews soon but the wrong person is being charged

  Hi,

  My WordPress.com domain luontopiha.fi renews soon.

  I am in charge of the domain, and should also be the one who pays for it. However, the previous owner of the domain got this email:

  ‘The domain luontopiha.fi, mapped to the site ‘luontopiha.wordpress.com’ will renew automatically in 30 days.

  You will be charged … for this renewal on 21.5.2017. The charge will be made on your Visa … etc.’

  All I can see in ‘My domains’ is that the domain mapping renews on May 21, 2017.

  Clicking on ‘Payment settings’ only leads me to the option to buy an upgrade (which I don’t want, just the domain). There is no way I or the previous owner can change the domain payment to me.

  So my request is that I need to be billed for the domain, not the previous owner. How can the payment settings be changed when we can’t do it by ourselves?
