Domain Renwal & Email Issues

    My domain has expired and is affecting my connected gmail account. I need to renew it and then change the domain to something completely different. Can I do this and have any email messages that come to the old domain forwarded to the new one?

    Hi @marieawilliams3, this domain has been expired for quite a while now, and it looks like its on the verge of going into redemption status. I’m going to see if I can get the domain back for you at the regular renewal price is $18, but if it is in redemption it will cost that plus $80 in redemption fees.

    So, I’ll send an invoice for the total. If they do not require a redemption fee, we’ll refund that portion to you. Please update us here when that’s paid.

    And once the domain is returned to your account, you can set up forwarders and what not as you’d like. Just note forwarders will only work if your domain is active.
