Domain request removal

    A while ago I bought a domain in WordPress, so I transferred to another service provider, the transferred was done correctly, but in the section of my domains and improvements still available even inform me the date of renewal, I want to delete this domain on WordPress because I have this domain with another provider already and is causing me problems and want to use it only with my new provider instead of WordPress.

    Trying to remove it is not possible, this message appears “The WordPress.com registered domains can not be eliminated here. You should contact Support and request removal.”

    Desire to help me eliminate it soon, thanks in advance.
