Domain reregister or transfer

  Hey what I have done is I have canceled my domain thinking that i could just re open that same domain name elsewhere, but i cant. Is there a way i could re open it and transfer it to another registrar or can I somehow open it at a new registrar without transferring domain names.
  Apologies for this question, I’m sure it has been asked many times, but if someone could it would be much appreciated

  Cancelling a domain means giving up ownership so it’s not something we recommend doing if it will be needed again in the future. In this case, maapsmovement.com will remain parked with us until the original expiry date in 2019.

  Is there a way i could re open it and transfer it to another registrar or can I somehow open it at a new registrar without transferring domain names.

  The good news is I can restore maapsmovement.com to maapsmovement.wordpress.com, which will give you two options:

  1. Transfer the domain away from WordPress.com to another registrar (and renew it there in the future).
  2. Keep the domain registered here and point it to another host.

  Are you happy for me to go ahead and restore maapsmovement.com to maapsmovement.wordpress.com?
