  Hi,

  I’d like to see why Schillman.Wordpress.com is reserved, is there a chance that I can use that as my primary WordPress domain. I am willing to go premium if that is needed.

  schillman.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
  The address schillman.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved! But you can sign up and choose another one.

  It’s very simple: that site is reserved for the user schillman. The change you can use that domain is nihil.

  Ok, Thanks for the information. It looks like that account is inactive. isn’t there a way to transfer a username to someone actually using it. Worked in Github.

  Hi @schillman88, @staartmees is correct. We’ll note the request, but for now, .wordpress.com subdomains are always reserved for the matching username.

  Have you tried registering schillman.tech.blog instead? I’m not positive but that might work.
