Domain Retrieval

  Hi there,

  This past December I registered a domain name with WordPress, olivelafarge.com, but then cancelled within the 2 day window and received a refund. I wanted to retrieve my domain name, and heard that I need to ask that you “unlock” the domain and provide the EPP Authorization code so that I can use another site with that domain name. Is this true?

  Hello Olive,

  There’s no need for WordPress.com to unlock the domain and provide the EPP Authorization code because you already cancelled the domain. The domain olivelafarge.com is available for registration according to namecheap.com. Please see here.
