  Greetings, I wanted to follow up on a query regarding returning and cancelling my domain. For this last evening I was promised a refund and when I selected this option in the payment history there is no appearance of a refund. Please assist with the $18 refund for annual domain purchase as I was told if I cancelled the domain and lost rights to it i would get a refund

  A refund usually takes about 10 business days. Some banks, most of them outside the USA do need a lot more of time to process a refund.
