  I generated a sitemap here. It says I have to download and then upload the file to domain root folder. I don’t know where I can upload it. Can you please help me?

  Note that we cannot access the file you point to on free hosted WordPress.com free hosted blogs. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot upload and install anything into them.
