  My domain rutgarcia.com expired on april 25
  due to coronavirus situation i can see it till now
  it’s any possibility to recover my domain

  The domain appears to be active through another registrar, so you should be able to add a plan again and re-map the domain:

  Note you used to have mapping as a standalone upgrade, but we haven’t offered that for several years, so you will need a plan. But the personal plan will work well and will remove your ads as well.
