Domain says ‘parked free at godaddy.com’ and all emails down

    My website is loading a page that says we are ‘parked free at godaddy.com’ and all of our company emails (set up through squarespace at this domain) are down. Need to resolve this ASAP. The domain is http://www.myersproduce.com.

    The site I need help with is myersproduce.wordpress.com.

    Hello there!

    I checked and I see that myersproduce.com is pointing to Godaddy nameservers at the moment. You can also check it at this link -> https://dnschecker.org/#NS/myersproduce.com

    You can point the domain that you have so it is displaying your WordPress.com website by following this article -> https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

    Also, WordPress.com automatically removes the “www” from all URLs. Mapping the “www” subdomain is not supported.

    Your site address can still be reached at “www”, but it will always redirect to the non-www version.

    Hi @anniemyers – I looked into your account and see that you own the domain myersproduce.com through your WordPress.com account, but that the domain itself is pointing to Squarespace using A records (to display your current website).

    As best I can tell, at some point the DNS was changed on the domain (as @teofilushl mentions above) to point it to GoDaddy servers and this cut the connection to both your site on Squarespace and your email attached to the domain.

    The domain appears to be connected to your site on Squarespace once again. Is your email working, and is this now resolved? Is there anything else we can help with?
