Domain sent to clientHold status and no one responds

After the hacking attempt on our website, the DNS records were reset and when we check, We see that it is in the clientHold state.
Although 1 week has passed, I cannot get any help from email or chat.
We have also opened a ticket with ICANN. Is there anything else I can do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
