  I approved a rep from HostGator to try and do this and he couldn’t make it work.

  This is what I need:
  change the name servers of my domain myusaveteran.com

  change the name servers to

  ns6265.hostgator.com

  ns6266.hostgator.com

  Please note that your domain must use WordPress.com name servers for your WordPress.com site to load & other features to be available.

  If you still want to change NS records, you can refer this step by step guide:
