Domain/Server Help

  My domain is hosted on a server, which has other websites running using different technology. Can WordPress be used as a seperate directory and maintain the same domain? If so, how can we install this? I need WordPress to run [redacted for privacy] but I need to maintain [redacted for privacy] the way it is. I don’t want to transfer anything to WordPress or connect the domain which could interrupt our services. I want WordPress to point to a directory on our booking.seapines.com server.

  You’ve landed on the forums for websites that are hosted here with us on WordPress.com, but the domain you mentioned is not one that’s hosted here with us; were you asking about a site you’re building using the free WordPress software which comes from WordPress.org instead?
