Domain servers not found
-
Yesterday I made my site public (http://www.FriendsToFriends.org) and pointed the dns servers to WP, but when I go to the site I get the message: Can’t find the server friendstofriends.org
Here are the DNS’s I used (from WP’s help pages):
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comDid I miss something?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Before the domain will show your WordPress.com site you also need to have a domain mapping upgrade in your account. Changing the name servers points the domain to us from your domain provider’s end, but you also need the mapping to create a connection on our end.
To add domain mapping you’ll first need to purchase a plan at My Site ->Plans, and then you can add the mapping upgrade at My Site ->Domains ->Add.

Okay, I did the plan and added the domain (previously owned), how long does it take the WP site to make the final connections? I noticed it wasn’t immediate.

The mapping upgrade should work immediately, but depending on when you changed the domain’s name servers it can take up to 72 hours before the domain is completely pointed to us.
It is working already for me, though, so perhaps try clearing your browser cache. It could simply be that your browser is still “remembering” the previous page it saw at that domain and isn’t fetching the new information yet.
