    Hi there,

    You do not have a domain registered with us, only a domain mapping upgrade for epicschoolsnyc.org. That domain mapping upgrade will renew each year as part of your Premium Plan.

    WordPress.com plans can only be purchased for a year at a time – we don’t offer the ability to purchase an upgrade for multiple years in advance – but as long as you keep your payment information up to date the plan will renew automatically each year a month before it expires.

    To renew your domain itself, you need to contact the domain provider where you registered it.
