domain set up taking a very long time

  I have signed up and chosen my domain name. A page has come up that says ‘give us a minute while we set that up’It has been well over 10 minutes and nothing is happening. How long does that process take?

  Hi there,

  Did you select the “Use a domain you already own” option? There is currently an issue with that, so please clear your browser cache and cookies and start the site creation process again.

  On Step 3 – Select a domain, select only the free *.wordpress.com domain. Add a plan in the next step and finish registering the site. Then go to My Site ->Domains to add your domain.

  I do notice you already have one site in your account, https://beautifullyfitcom.wordpress.com/

  If that’s the site you were trying to create, it already exists, and you can access it’s settings by clicking on My Sites.
