Domain shows as “Active” but still prompts me to “Point to WordPress”

I have destinyrules.net and I just transferred destinyrules.org. The destinyrules.org still points back to the older host, how do I fix this? Thanks in advance

It looks like the domain destinyrules.org still has custom IP addresses pointing it to a different host. You’ll want to go into the DNS records for this domain and remove all A records that have custom IP addresses. Within 72 hours of removing those custom IP addresses, it will start loading your WordPress.com site. You can then set it as the primary address on your site.
