    Yes, I thought there wasn’t anything there either, since I canceled it.

    Cut and paste from previous efforts at resolution
    Hi Igor,
    As I see in Paypal, this was payment for a site that was canceled the next day of creation; which explains why I can’t find it anywhere.  Nothing was done on it.  I found the Trans ID.  This was an error in creation for a Blog posting site, “SpotOfHome”

    “SpotOfHome” Update: I contacted GoDaddy as suggested to arrange for the refund of the two year charges; however, they are advising that this is purely a WordPress issue as the site was closed with you and had not originated with them.

    Hi @danaethomas I can see that the upgrades you are referring to are under a different account in our system. Have you lost access to your other login?

    Hi there,
    You know, I’m really not trying to create so much turbulence- I’m just trying to get the account corrected. I canceled within the allotted time frame and was expecting to see the credit back on the Paypal account- this open support format and no contact with WordPress have made me very uncomfortable with using this platform.

    I don’t “log in” to WP and haven’t had action on phone or email until today. Thank you jerrysarastic for that.

    It is not my wish to “keep posting” as a simple contact from support was expected. I’m not “following” WP, just trying to get out with my funds intact. That’s all and the refund will address the problem. The Trans ID is

    Filling out the form advises that I could recover the account- I’m actually just trying to get out of WP. My earnest apologies to the community and associates; I’m simply trying to get out with funds intact: refunded or credited back to the Paypal account from which they were drawn. The “Help” is on open forum only, and that’s quite uncomfortable for both of us, or all of us as the case appears to be.

    If you ever want to regain access to that account, you can simply provide that same transaction ID via https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

    Meanwhile, I have canceled and refunded the purchase.
