I was wondering if you are still the registrar for helenrunsforfun.com if so how can it be reactivated and transfered out as it is marked client transfer prohibited. also any costs involved.

That domain is registered with us, and is active – it’s not showing a site because it’s not connected to any site at the hosting provider, Siteground.com, where it’s currently pointed. But the domain itself is fine.
However, it belongs to a different username account than the one you’re using to post here. Only the account that owns that domain can unlock it for transfer and request an EPP code to transfer it to another registrar.

There is no cost to transfer a domain away from us.
But your new domain provider will charge a fee for initiating the transfer on their end, as a domain transfer always also include a renewal of the domain for another year, for which your new provider will have to pay the registry.
