Domain still not unlocked

  My domain shows that is unlocked on wordpress dashboard but when I get to hostgator it shows that it is still locked and I cannot transfer it. What could be the problem? My domain is mackel9.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, I’ve gone ahead and accepted the transfer, so you should be good to go:
