domain still showing up in dashboard after transfer

    Hello, I transfered my domain recently from wordpress.com to ipage and now I am having some problems.

    after the successful transfer, I installed wordpress on the new server, but when it takes you to the login.php page, it gives me an 500 internal server error. I checked on my wordpress dashboard and apparently it’s still linked to the domain, wich is prizmu.com

    please help me I tried a lot of stuff but I got to a point where I don’t know what to do.
