Domain stopped working

    Hi,

    My domain was redeemed a few days ago. It was working until this morning and then people started to get warning redirected emails about the domain not being used. I haven’t been able to receive any emails either. I don’t understand why this is happening all over again after I payed all those charges to get my domain back alive! I would like to know what’s happening and get your help pls. Thanks

    Thanks for writing to us. I’m going to share a link to the previous thread created for this domain. That’s where our team has been replying. It looks like we were able to restore the domain on October 24th.

    I need to take a closer look at the domain registration and see if I can figure out why it has stopped working. The domain is hosted through digitalocean.com and my suggestion is to also reach out to them and make sure their hosting isn’t having any down time, and that your plan is up to date on payments.

    Please note that even though the domain is in good standing, we are not able to look in to the issue of why your site is not online because your site is not hosted with us currently.     With this in mind please contact Digital Ocean support and ask them to confirm the following:
    – that your hosting account with them is in full standing
    – why you are not able to see your site at eyisoy.com even though you are using their recommended NS settings.

    It may be the case that the settings are not correct and then they will give you updated settings. You can return here and let us know what those are and we can help get the domain updated so it sends traffic to the correct site on their end.
