Domain stuck in Pending Transfer

    We are having trouble with moving our domain to our new supplier. Our new host (buzzword.net.au) has notified WordPress on 29/8/17 and initiated the transfer.

    We have sent WordPress a number of support tickets for help but are able to reach you. It’s now been 7 days (5 working days). It’s stuck in “Pending Transfer” and there have been no updates. Please can you look into the issue and approve the transfer of our domain http://www.mackaycamp.com.

    Can someone please contact me. Our event is in 10 days. We are trying to have the new website live before the event starts to keep stakeholders and supporters happy.

    Hi there, Staff will revert to you when they look in on this thread, but please know that each time you add to an active support ticket or send multiple tickets, this pushes the request down in their queue. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.
