  Hello,
  I had bought a domain on Jan 27, 2017. However I cannot find the domain. Could you please help me get the domain back.

  I should assume that you didn’t have autorenewal enabled and your domain has expired. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff would be kind enough to advise you further.

  Hi there,

  Your domain expired on 26 February and has since been removed from your account. We sent you several emails to warn you of the coming expiration of the domain. They may have been filtered into spam or one of Gmail’s category filters, so please check there.

  It doesn’t look like your domain is in redemption yet, so if we act fast we might be able to get it back for you without there being any additional fees. I’ve sent you a payment link via email to pay for the renewal. Once we receive your payment I can email our domain provider to restore the domain to your account.

  However, should the domain already be in redemption there will be an additional $80 fee to get it back. I’ll only know for sure once I contact our domain provider, though.

  The name servers for studiorivabubber.com can be changed from this page:

  Click “Name Servers and DNS” and follow these steps:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/#changing-name-servers

  It can take up to 48 hours for new name servers to start working, so don’t worry if studiorivabubber.com isn’t pointing to your new host straight away.

  but I get this error: “Failed nameservers validation – some of your nameservers share the same IP address“

  Could you please support.

  Hi rivabubber,

  This error message suggests there could be an issue with the name servers your host has provided. I’ve been able to add them from our side but I recommend them and mentioning the following:

  1. The two name servers you have provided us with
  2. The error message, “Failed nameservers validation – some of your nameservers share the same IP address”

  Even though I’ve been able to add the name servers for you, they may break if they aren’t correct so it’s important to contact your host.
