  If the first year is free, when does the first(initial) $96 charge come out, now or in a year from now?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  The first year of your domain registration is included for free with the plan, but the plan itself must be purchased as soon as you start using it.

  Hi @erinjennings80596, actually we attempt to renew at 11 months from the purchase date. That way we have a month to work with in case you need to change payment info, wish to change your subscriptions, need time for renewal, etc.
