Domain subscription

  I want to map my domain, it should be charged $13/year, but why every time I want to map it, the charge included in the upgrade plan and become $96/year?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can no longer register or map a domain individually with WordPress.com. Domain subscriptions can now be purchased as a part of one of our plans.
