Domain subscription has already been paid for

    I’m wondering why WordPress charged me $120 what it was for and how I can either receive a refund or have the site published!?

    Hi @katnieckar, sorry to hear it! I would need more info to do a refund on our end, since I don’t see any payments on this account.

    Rather than sharing payment info here in a public forum, I’d recommend using the form at wpchrg.com to locate the charge and find out what it was for. If you have a charge that says it’s from us, you’ll be able to find the reason there.

    You’ll then be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund.
