How do I renew my subscription online? There is no “renew” button on My Upgrades page.

You need to be logged in as the account that owns the upgrade to see the renew button
What is the expiration date of the Upgrade?

What is the billing history?
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History
Did you have Auto Renew enabled?

The expiration date was March 19, 2013. There is no billing history visible and we did not “auto renew”. When we try to log in we get the following “You are logged in as “annasplaceosf” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Neumann University SIFE”. If you are not “annasplaceosf”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “annasplaceosf” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.” We would like to renew and then set up for “auto renew”. Any assistance you can provide is appreciated…
