Domain Subscription Renewal

  I need to renew expiring subscriptions for the domains listed below. These domain subscriptions expire on 4/10/2014, so time is of the essence.

  systemcenterunplugged.net

  I am unable to find where to renew within the wordpress.com site.

  Hello,
  Go into your Dashboard > Store> My Upgrades.
  There you will find all the upgrades you have, on the right hand side there should be a button that says ” Renew Now”.

  Thank you for your quick reply. The “my upgrades” screen looks quite different than the help screen link you provided. There is no “Renew Now” button. I’ve tried this in both IE and Chrome.

  Ok, did you purchase your domains through WordPress? If you have purchased outside of WordPress, you will need to go to the Registrar in order to renew your domain. You will also need to make sure your “Domain Mapping” is renewed through WordPress.

  We purchased our domains through Networksolutions and have them registered there. They do not expire until 4/2017.

  

  I apologize for the seemingly silly questions, but, yes, I’d like to renew the domain mapping subscription on WordPress, but there is no “renew” button on the “My Upgrades” screen.

  

  I’m at a loss as to how to renew.

  Hey there.
  Ok, So I went through your screen shots again, one your first one I see that your Domain Mapping was purchased by “plamarketing” by each domain. That means the User Plamarketing is the owner of the Domain Mapping Upgrade, if you log in as that user, you should gain access to Renew.

  If you log in and still have problems, I would try recommend you get in contact with WordPress.com Staff directly.

  Hi there,

  Please note that @lexiornelas is correct. Please log into the account with the username plamarketing and you will be able to renew both Domain Mapping upgrades on your Store > My Upgrades page.
