  I need access to my domain that was transfered to WordPress in Feb 2024. Can someone please call me at (redacted by staff). I need access to my domain. It says that I need to contact my current registrar to redeem the domain which is WordPress. Please call me to assist. Thank you Erica

  Hi there!

  It appears the domain was canceled a while ago, so it has entered the redemption period. I emailed you the link to pay the redemption and registration fee. Could you please reply here after you’ve paid so that we can restore and redeem the domain for you?

  We can only send the payment request to the email address on file for your account as this process is automated. You can see what email address is being used by checking your account details: https://wordpress.com/me/account

  If you want to change your account email address, you can do so from the same account page. Then notify us and we can resend the email.
