Domain Support – Purchased Domain – Transferred to Wix – Something Went Wrong

  Hi there, we had transferred the http://www.cheribrooksgymnastics.com to the Wix platform and also transferred the domain. After the transfer of the domain worked and the new http://www.cheribrooksgymnastics.com site was up and working (Wix) – it suddenly didn’t work the next day. The domain says it was parked. How do we get this domain back (we did purchase it) and how do we get it permanently hosted (move DNS) to Wix? Thank you.

  Hi there,

  Looks like there was a glitch when you canceled your WordPress.com Personal plan which also canceled your domain. I am working to restore your domain to your WordPress.com account allowing you to point it to Wix.

  I have removed and refunded the custom redirect option you bought today and will update you when I hear back regarding your domain.
