Domain swapping to a new .wordpress Domain

Hello. I am running a real estate blog with the domain of valleyproperties.wordpress.com. I regret choosing that domain because it narrowly casts me as only a Valley expert when in fact I work all of Los Angeles. I would like to keep my current blog but change it to a .wordpress domain name (for example, losangelesproperties.wordpress.com–or a variation of that that isn’t already taken). Is this possible? I’ve already paid to customize the valleyproperties.wordpress blog and would love to be able to keep my customizations and old blog posts but just switch to a new .wordpress domain–and of course not have to pay to customize a new website. Thanks!

You can change a site address ending in wordpress.com by following the steps here:
