  I have one self-hosted site linked to my wordpress account and one wordpress site linked to it. I am shutting down the self-hosted and moving my domain. I would like to know what happens to the self-hosted site within my account once i move the domain from it to the wordpress.com site.
  Also, I would like to know if I can keep the stats from my original self-hosted site and move them to the wordpress site so I can see changes in activity.

  After the domain is pointing to WordPress.com your self-hosted site will not be available at that URL. However, your content will still live on the hosts server until you contact them to cancel your plan or remove the content from their hosting.

  Some hosts allow a temporarily URL or IP address where you can still view a site without an active domain on it. Alternatively you could add another domain to your self-hosted site.
