I pay a tax for a domain in wordpress.com and I wanna transfer the domain to another host, I don’t wanna use wordpress.com hosting anymore. Will I still pay the tax to wordpress.com?

Domains are purchased through whatever registrar you are using for that domain. If you transfer your domain to another registrar (godaddy or 1and1 for example) you would pay that registrar, not WordPress.com.

I don’t understand one thing. Let’s say that my domain is google.com and my blog is hosted at wordpress.com but I want use Hostigator, for example, but I still wanna use my domain (google.com). Will I pay for wordpress.com my domain tax?

Where is your domain registered? Here at WordPress.com? Then yes, you would need to renew your domain registration with us every year. Domain registration is completely separate from paying for hosting.

You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:
You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
