Hi,
I registered a domain sometime ago and wanted to access the account now but i’m getting this error. The address ***********.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved!I cannot use account recovery because the domain is not showing as valid on the form. I had to send this support request using my other account. And this seems to be a public forum?
What do i do?

What is the address you’re trying to register? If the site is showing as reserved, it means that someone else already owns the username that matches that address.
If you own that other username you will need to log in as that account. You can use the username to reset your password, provided you have access to the email address you’d used for that account, here:

Thanks. So that site is indeed reserved for the username, positivessl. Only that user will be able to register that address.
If that’s your username and you no longer have the password, try the lost password form I linked above.

If that is not your username, there is no way for you to gain ownership of that address. We’re not able to reassign reserved URLs.
