I’m not sure how I originally set up my website, but it looks like I started through WordPress and now need to transfer my domain name to my hosting. How do I do that?

WordPress.com is the top level domain. All wordpress.com hosted sites are on .wordpress.com sub domains like http://jamiestarrdotcom.wordpress.com/
We need details please.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?

Is this for the domain, jamiestarrphoto.com?
That domain expired on 18 July and is currently in redemption with our registrar. Before you can transfer that domain we’ll first need to recover it from the registrar but they charge a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to this fee before I can get the recovery process started.
