Hello again, while we are waiting for Staff assistance here, it looks like you registered your domain with WordPress.com about a month ago. ICANN has a policy in place that you can’t transfer your newly registered domain until 60 days have passed. In the meantime, you should be able to point your domain to HostGator by following this guide:

Hey there, it looks like you have another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address received a purchase notification.
Once you’ve logged out and back into the correct account, you’ll be able to update your domain:
