Domain Tranfer

  I’m attempting to transfer my clients domain to host gator. I attempted to follow the instructions in your knowledgebase. And there is no domain tranfer option under my domains

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Please note that you only have a domain mapping with us. The domain is actually registered with Domain.com as seen here:

  https://who.wildwestdomains.com/whoisstd.aspx?domain=beautifulfoodbeautifulyou.com&prog_id=wildwestdomains

  Please contact them regarding updating the nameservers to Hostgator, or transferring out the actual domain registration.
